internetamateurs.com (“InternetAmateurs”) is an adult-content discovery and referral website. InternetAmateurs does not upload, produce, reproduce, host, store, sell, or directly distribute the underlying visual depictions accessible through third-party embeds or links.
InternetAmateurs may display embedded third-party players, hyperlinks, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, categories, and search results that direct users to content made available and controlled by independent third-party websites, studios, producers, account holders, licensors, or other content providers (“Third-Party Providers”).
With respect to third-party content, InternetAmateurs’ role is limited to technical referral, embedding, indexing, categorization, display, and linking services. The applicable Third-Party Provider, uploader, producer, studio, account holder, or originating website is responsible for maintaining any records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and other applicable law.
InternetAmateurs does not act as a producer of third-party content solely because it provides an embed, link, listing, thumbnail, title, description, search result, category, or other technical reference to that content.
To the extent applicable, content accessible through InternetAmateurs may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because it does not depict conduct covered by those provisions, was created before the applicable statutory dates, and/or because InternetAmateurs does not act as a “producer” as defined by applicable law. This statement applies only where an exemption is factually and legally applicable.
