Content Removal and Complaints Policy

Purpose of This Policy

This Content Removal and Complaints Policy explains how any person may report links, embeds, listings, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, or other references displayed on internetamateurs.com (“InternetAmateurs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that may be illegal, harmful, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of our policies.

InternetAmateurs operates as an adult-content discovery and affiliate referral service. We do not upload, host, store, or directly distribute the underlying third-party video content. However, we may remove or disable references to third-party content from InternetAmateurs when appropriate.

Who May Submit a Report

Anyone may submit a report under this policy, whether or not they are a user of InternetAmateurs.

This policy may be used to report, among other things:

  • Suspected child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;
  • Non-consensual intimate content;
  • Content involving coercion, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or violence;
  • Impersonation, privacy violations, or misuse of a person’s identity;
  • Unlawful content;
  • Content that violates InternetAmateurs’ Terms of Service or Acceptable Content Policy; or
  • Other links, embeds, listings, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, or references that should be reviewed.

How to Submit a Report

Please include, where possible:

  • Your name and contact email address;
  • The relevant InternetAmateurs URL;
  • The third-party destination URL, if available;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Any information that may help us identify and review the material; and
  • If you are reporting content involving you, a statement confirming your relationship to the content.

Do not send unnecessary explicit images or videos by email. A URL and clear description are usually sufficient for us to begin a review.

How We Review Reports

We review reports in good faith and take steps that we consider appropriate based on the nature and seriousness of the report.

We may:

  • Request additional information or documentation;
  • Remove or disable the relevant link, embed, listing, thumbnail, title, description, or other reference from InternetAmateurs;
  • Contact or refer the report to the relevant Third-Party Provider, rights holder, or hosting website;
  • Preserve relevant information where appropriate;
  • Report suspected illegal content to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities; and/or
  • Take other action consistent with applicable law and our policies.

Because InternetAmateurs does not host or control the underlying third-party content, removal of a reference from InternetAmateurs may not remove the original content from the website that hosts it. Reports concerning the original content should also be submitted directly to the applicable hosting website or Third-Party Provider.

Reports of Illegal or Non-Consensual Content

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material, minors, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, exploitation, or another serious safety concern will be prioritized for review.

If we determine that a reference on InternetAmateurs appears to direct users to unlawful or non-consensual content, we may promptly remove or disable that reference and take any other action we consider appropriate.

We may notify the reporting party of the outcome of a report where appropriate and where we have sufficient contact information to do so. We may be unable to share all details of our investigation or actions taken.

False, Abusive, or Bad-Faith Reports

Reports must be submitted honestly and in good faith. Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent reports.

InternetAmateurs may disregard reports that are incomplete, abusive, duplicative, or made in bad faith. Nothing in this policy limits our ability to take appropriate action where a report raises a legitimate safety, legal, or compliance concern.
